Abstract should include the following:

   A statement of the objectives of the study

   A description of the methods used

   A summary of the results obtained

   A statement of the conclusions reached

 *   Full abstract with results, figures and references are encouraged.

 *   Abstracts stating merely that the results will be presented or discussed at the Conference may be rejected.

   Wetland restoration and management

Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts:

Abstracts should be up to 300 words long, and include an introduction, objectives, methods and conclusions.

Abstract must be submitted in English.

Abstracts must be accompanied by payment of registration fees. If the abstract is subsequently not accepted for  presentation, no refund will be granted.

Authors who wish to publish their full paper in the conference proceedings need to submit the full manuscript at  the time of acceptance of their abstract.

Scheduling details and guidelines for the final preparation of accepted presentations will be included with the     notification of  acceptance.

The final selection and the mode of presentation (oral/poster presentation) will be the responsibility of the Scientific Committee. (All full abstract submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical content, relevance, and readability. The accepted full papers will be published in the peer-reviewed     conference proceedings.)

Abstract format:

1.Abstracts must be submitted in Microsoft Office Word format.

2.Title must be CAPITAL letters on the first line. Do not indent.

3.Table should be comprehensive and self-explanatory, placed at the end of the text. Each table should start on a new page.

4.All illustrations (graphs, line drawings and photographs) should be labelled as Figures and need to be placed in separate pages at the end of the text. Colour photographs will be included at the discretion of the Editors.

5.Text citation should give only the author’s name and publication date. Two or more authors are cited as Bowman and Harris (1980) and Tan et al. (2000), respectively. When two or more references appear together in the text they should be arranged chronologically and not alphabetically (e.g., Small and Hunter, 1988; Gibbs, 1991; King et al., 1996; Titler and Hannon, 2000). References should follow the following format (for book, paper, website and chapter in edited volume, respectively)

  Paper Title in capital letter

  Author(s) name and addresses) of author(s) in titled case

  Abstract (Please indicate if it is an oral/poster abstract)

  Literature cited
